My name is Wesley Atkins and im a fitness and nutrition coach that is also an avid follower of the Low Gi Diet.
Having been a rabid fitness fan I quickly understood what was required to maintain my energy levels and that is a diet that is low in refined sugar, high in nutritional carbohydrates and high in protein.
It also quickly became apparent of the health benefits that such a diet can bring including weight loss, reduced chance of getting heart disease, strokes and even diabetes.
